Kilgore ISD will be filling the following positions (3 Year Term Limit)
- Place 3- currently held by Alan Clark
- Place 4- currently held by Reggie Henson
Application for a Place on the Ballot

- Candidates must complete an application and Form CTA (Appointment of a Campaign Treasurer)
- Candidates may pick up an election packet in person at the Kilgore ISD Administration office from 7:30 am - 4:00 pm Monday-Friday at 301 N. Kilgore Street, Kilgore, TX 75662 or make a request to send packet via mail, email or fax beginning January 7, 2026
- Applications may be submitted in person, by mail, email, or fax beginning January 14, 2026
- Applications submitted by mail, email, or fax is receipt by filing authority or district designated agent, NOT postmarked
- Deadline to submit an application & Form CTA is Friday, February 13, 2026 at 5:00 pm
- A filing fee is not applicable
