- Vision for Kilgore ISD- I would like there to be cohesion between the community and Kilgore ISD. It's important that the community and schools work closely as the district largely sets the tone for community. It is also important that our schools set a high standard in terms of education, athletics, extracurricular, and continuing education. This is done by staff retention and recognition as well as supporting our students to excel in whatever area they are able to shine.
