2020 KHS Summer Workout Program
BULLDOG SUMMER 2020
Athletes and Parents,
We will begin our Summer Strength and Conditioning Program on June 8th and continue through July 24th. We will have 2 workout times available, 8:00 am or 5:00 pm on Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs.
Athletes will enter the Indoor facility each day to be pre-screened before workouts. A temperature and a series of questions will be recorded each day for each athlete. We will follow the guidelines provided by the UIL in accordance with CDC guidelines. We will utilize parts of the weight room and indoor facility to ensure proper spacing. All equipment will be cleaned and sanitized before, during and after each session. Hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes will be provided at each station.
Athletes will not be given access to locker room or shower facilities. Restrooms will be provided. No clothing or towels may be laundered on site or shared during workouts. Athletes should report to workouts in proper gear and return home to shower following the workout. No water stations may be provided by the school during workouts, athletes will need to bring a water bottle.

Our coaches and training staff have worked extremely hard to develop a great program for our athletes this summer. Ensuring the health and safety of each athlete and staff member during the summer will remain our priority.
Please see the attached calendar for dates and times, some weeks are different. We will update the calendar as we receive direction from the UIL.
