Vision for Kilgore ISD: I want our schools to provide a supportive learning environment that will allow our students, faculty, and staff to thrive in working to reach their full potentials as individuals and as a district. board member Rachel Harrington - [email protected] Place: 6 Graduated from: Midway High School in Waco, TX Community Involvement: Sexual Assault Response Team of Gregg County, Children's Committee and Welcome Committee at First Baptist Church of Kilgore, Active Supporter of CASA Interesting Fact: I play the piano Vision for Kilgore ISD: I would like there to be cohesion between the community and Kilgore ISD. It's important that the community and schools work closely as the district largely sets the tone for community. It is also important that our schools set a high standard in terms of education, athletics, extracurricular, and continuing education. This is done by staff retention and recognition as well as supporting our students to excel in whatever area they are able to shine.
