Kilgore ISD Extracurriculars Get a New Tool to Stay in Touch

Kilgore ISD has partnered with DragonFly Max to provide parents of athletes and extracurricular participants a simple and secure way to submit all of the necessary forms and medical documentation for their students.  Throughout the year, they can also access schedules and other information for their favorite teams and activities.  Parents are encouraged to setup an account with www.dragonflymax.com.

One of the core objectives of the partnership is to eliminate excessive paperwork and processes.  DragonFly Max is a centralized digital platform to handle all of the administrative needs of Kilgore’s athletics and activities program.

“When students participate in a sport or extracurricular activity, parents have to get all sorts of forms, permissions and paperwork to the school.  DragonFly Max gives us a simple and secure way to do this online,” explained KISD Athletic Trainer La’Tamera Fry.  “This will improve communication between athletic trainers, parents, coaches and athletes.”

Parents can get a head start on the 2021-2022 school year by setting up a free account.  They can visit www.dragonflymax.com or download the “DragonFly Max” app on their Android or IOS device.
