Kilgore ISD periodically applies
pesticides inside buildings. Except in an emergency, signs will be posted 48
hours before application. Parents who want to be notified prior to pesticide
application inside their child's assigned area may contact Mike Brown at the
Kilgore ISD Maintenance Office. The telephone number is (903) 984-8912.

ERI Consulting Engineers, Inc. of
Tyler has completed the three year reinspection of identified
asbestos-containing materials in the facilities of Kilgore ISD. This
reinspection was done in accordance with Section 763.85 of the Asbestos Hazard
Emergency Response Act (AHERA), 40CFR, Section 763. There were no significant
changes in the condition of the identified or assumed non-friable asbestos
containing material from the initial inspection.
Copies of the report are available
for inspection at the Superintendent's office during regular business hours.
