Welcome to the Help Desk! There are three ways a District
Employee can submit
a work order to the Technology Department. The best way would be to
email
helpdesk@kisd.org or click Submit Work Order with an explanation of the problem you are
having. These will automatically create a work order on our “To Do”
list and get us out to you the quickest. However, if it
is your email or network connection that you are having trouble
with, you can call the Administration building (903)988-3900 and
speak with the Technology Secretary.
Please include the KISD Workstation
Number on all Work Orders.
