Bill Salmon

Mr. Salmon has been assistant superintendent since 1997 and was Kilgore High School principal for the three prior years. Earlier, he was principal at Elder Elementary School for eight years, was Maude Laird Middle School counselor and also a teacher, having continuously served the Kilgore Independent School District since 1978.

Mr. Salmon received the BBA Degree from the University of Texas, Austin; the Master of Education in Guidance and Counseling and later Administrator Education, both from Stephen F. Austin State University, Nacogdoches.
