August 3, 2017 -- 8:00 am to 7:00 pm
August 4, 2017 -- 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

Where is One-Stop Registration?
Kilgore High School - 711 N. Longview Street, Kilgore, TX

What if my student is not in high school yet?  Do I still go to the high school?
Yes.  One-Stop is located AT the high school, but students can register for ANY Kilgore ISD campus.

How long will it take?
That depends on each family and how many other families are registering at that time.

Some families complete the registration process ahead of time on a computer.  Then all they have to do is submit a document to verify their residency.  Depending on how busy it is when they show up, it may only take them 3 or 4 minutes.

Other families like to complete the registration process on one of our computers and then submit their proof of residency.  It may take them 15 to 20 minutes.

INSIDER'S TIP:  First thing in the morning and lunch hours are the busiest times.

Can I just send my child to register on their own?
You COULD complete the computer based portion of registration online and then just send your child to submit the proof of residency.  Many high school students do this.  HOWEVER, only the legal parent or guardian can complete the computer based registration process.

INSIDER'S TIP:  If you do online registration BEFORE August 1, you can submit your proof of residency online.  If you do this ... You don't have to go to One-Stop at all.
